Basic Details

Event Name: This is the title that will appear on the What's On page and at the top of your event page. Event Type: Class Workshop Event Festival Conference Select the option that best suits your event.

Link additional bookings

Your event is automatically added to the calendar based on the dates you have booked.

You can link additional bookings to this event so that the additional dates will automatically show up in the calendar. If you are running regular classes we strongly recommend having one event and linking all of your bookings.

You can search using the 8-character Booking ID or the name of the booking that you entered in the checkout. If you are unsure which booking is which, you can always look up the Booking ID in the "upcoming bookings" section of your account.

Override defaults (Optional)

Your event listing will automatically use the date, times and locations from your booking. You can see below what will automatically be displayed for your booking. You may optionally override the automatic date, time and location using the entries below. Filling in this section is not required and we would encourage you not to unless it is necessary. If your booking changes, the default options will automatically update to match your updated booking, but anything that has an override will not.

Here is how the date will look on the page if you leave the override blank:

Date override (Optional): Could be something like "Every Tuesday" or "The first Sunday of each month" etc.

Time override (Optional): Maybe your booking needs time at the start to set up so you can manually set the time you would like participants to arrive.

Here is how the location will look on the page if you leave the override blank:

Location override (Optional): You might have multiple rooms booked but want participants to head to one room at the start etc.

Booking details (Optional)

Cost (Optional): Let people know how much it will cost ie. "Free", "$10 per person", "$20 per week", "$100-400" etc. For more complicated pricing structures it may be better to use the page content text box below or direct people to your website. Instagram link (Optional): The link to the relevant instagram page Facebook link (Optional): The link to the relevant facebook page Your website (Optional): The link to your website or the place people can purchase tickets etc. Contact email address (Optional): An email address that you would like to be publicly visible so that potential attendees can contact you.

Main content

This is where you can include the main description of your booking and any information you would like the public to know. This is the main text that appears on event pages that appears just below the image gallery

Image Gallery (Required)

You can upload up to 3 images. Max image size is 1MB.

Images should be landscape and in a 3:2 ratio otherwise they will get cropped when they are displayed in the gallery and on the What's On page. We recommend making your image dimensions 1620x1080 pixels or similar.
