From 1st July Balam Balam Place has implemented a refreshed pricing structure. After a year of careful reflection, we’ve redesigned our rates with one goal in mind: making space more accessible for the creative community we serve. 

While per hour rates have increased for our rooms, the new structure introduces tiered discounts for block bookings, supporting artists, collectives, and organisations who plan ahead and commit to extended or recurring use of our spaces. Book a room outside peak hours at our block rates – flat prices with a huge discount. 

Room 404 on Level 4 is available for weekly (Monday-Friday) bookings at a hugely discounted rate of $550 per week. Arrive early, stay late and leave your things securely overnight. For an extra $165, you can book the weekend too.

Whether you’re booking a single daytime workshop or a multi-week rehearsal, this update reflects our commitment to keeping costs fair, sustainable and open for artists, organisations and community members.
