It is a way to clear the dross of every day life, shed the pulse of productivity and allow the eternal self to emerge.

Nico has been studying the Art of Tea since February 2021.

In tea culture, it is said we are students for life.
Nico holds great reverence for the practice of tea,
and hopes to honour her teachers and the purity of the leaf through maintaining the forms and ways of tea that she has been so fortunate to receive.

As tea has touched her own life so deeply,
it is her intention and prayer to share tea with others,
so that they too may be supported by the wisdom and
simple beauty of this wonderful, and ancient practice.

Tea is a still and silent practice that involves sharing bowls of tea in a small group – usually for one hour – and ideally at the beginning or end of the day.

All elements present – incense, flowers, ceramics, water, tea and more – are sourced carefully and intentionally
so as to amplify the harmonics and purity of the space.
