This in person workshop combines physiology, practical skills and holistic preparation to help you and your partner or main support person to feel connected, confident and informed for labour and birth.

• Explore and identify your birth values, intentions and decision making frameworks to navigate interventions and alternate pathways

• A clear understanding of what to expect at each of the phases of labour and birth, including anatomy, hormones, contractions, supports, offerings, sensations and emotional shifts

• Hands on practice for optimising body alignment, physiology and comfort measures such as massage, rebozo, breathwork, positions and movement

• Immediate postpartum planning including the golden hour, delayed cord clamping and third stage options

• A comprehensive Radiant Birth handbook and digital resource library

This workshop is ideal for first time parents and those wanting a deeper, more holistic antenatal education experience that enables you to walk away having documented what you want and how to support that.

Your ticket includes the birthing person and one partner or primary support person. You may also bring up to two additional support people, including a doula, family member or friend.
