Ready for what? Deliberating the future-readiness of architecture workers

PRACTICE < > READY, the 2026 Architectural Practice Educators Network (APEN) Symposium, opens the dialogue between pedagogy and practice to reframe how we understand the future architecture worker – their diverse labour, skills, productivity, identities and education.

The Symposium welcomes practitioners, academics, students and others involved in the broader profession to attend a day of thought-provoking presentations and conversations about what it means for our architecture students and graduates to be ‘future-ready’.
