Each class explores the movement language of a different Orixá. You’ll flow with Iemanjá’s ocean waves, move with the focus of Oxóssi the hunter, stamp out Xangô’s thunder, and whirl with Oyá’s winds and storms. Guided by Afro-Brazilian rhythms, you’ll build strength, grounding and expression while connecting to the elements and to a rich cultural heritage.

All levels and bodies are welcome. No experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to move.
