These rooms are usually booked in blocks, but 7 days out, whatever is free becomes available to book by the hour.

This room can be set up with chairs and tables as required, and can also include a whiteboard and large TV monitor on wheels.
Spaces on Level 4 are available at a reduced rate for weekly bookings (Monday to Sunday). Please get in touch if you’d like more information about longer bookings.
Room Set Up and Pack Down
Rooms are hired on the hour by the hour so please make sure any booking allows for set up and pack down time.
Any further AV or furniture needs can generally be accommodated, so please get in touch or nominate your needs in the booking form.
A condition of the hire is that rooms are returned to the preset state, given a clean and vacuumed if needed and left tidy for the next group that might be using the space after you.
There is a wall mounted stick vacuum located just past the bathrooms on each floor, you will also find general waste and recycling bins in the same location and any waste is to be removed from the room.
