2027 Balam Community Recurring Bookings
We’re inviting our community to share their preferred spaces and time slots for regular, ongoing bookings in 2027. Our goal is to give everyone a consistent space that suits them for the whole year. Where preferences overlap, we’ll share spaces as fairly as possible and offer equivalent alternatives.
The form is open until 23 August 2026. Filling it out gives you the best chance of securing your preferred space. You can change or add bookings anytime later, though popular spaces and peak times may be harder to secure once ongoing bookings are allocated. After the form closes, we’ll allocate spaces and confirm your bookings by 18 September.
This form is for recurring 2027 bookings only. One-off bookings open on 19 September 2026. To learn more, view all rooms on the “Book a space” page or visit Balam Balam Place in person—we’d be happy to show you around.
Using the form
There are two sections of this form where you can add information about your preferred bookings.
Term Dates
Term dates let you set the date range that your bookings will fall between. You can have as many terms as you like, although a lot of people follow the school terms. If you don’t follow a term schedule at all, you can instead nominate your first and last date.
If for example, you nominate a term starting February 1 and finishing February 28, we will book each of your preferred timeslots for each of the 4 weeks between those start and end dates.
Timeslot preferences
In the timeslot preferences you can nominate your preferred start times and end times for bookings in particular rooms on particular days of the week. We will do our best to allocate your preference.
If for example, you select Mondays starting at 4pm and finishing at 8pm in room 203, if you get your first preference we will book that space for you every Monday between the start and end dates for each of your nominated terms.
