As the end of the year approaches we are asking our community to share preferences for regular bookings in 2026. Our aim is to find everyone a space that suits their needs and provide consistent bookings for the whole year. We are doing our very best to accomodate everyones preferences. In cases where there is overlap we will endeavour to share the spaces as equitably as possible and find alternative spaces that suit your needs.

This form will be open until 25th October. Filling out this form gives you the best chance to secure your preferred space. You are also able to book throughout the year, however spaces may be more difficult to secure at busy times.

New Spaces

Due to high demand at key times, we are opening up a several new spaces in the building for regular bookings.

• Room 304 – is available from January and is a similar in size to Room 204 but has a different ceiling so is better acoustically than 204.
• Room 305 – is available from mid to late February and is a medium room, similar in size to Room 204.
• H01 and H03 (Heritage House) – Medium-sized rooms ideal for community group meetings such as book clubs, history groups, or low-key gatherings (not suitable for classes or workshops).

Submission for reoccurring bookings have now closed and we are in the process of building the calendar for 2026. If you missed the deadline don’t worry! You can still book at any time, but availability may be limited and cannot be guaranteed.
